Whereas the Company offers music instruction services to individuals working in the field of music and the performing arts through individual coaching, group training, and online modules.

Whereas the Client desires to engage the Company to mentor them in the “Program”, which the Client knows and understands is an online program.

Therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the Client and Company agree as follows:

The Company’s Obligations:

  1. Operate an online course + weekly mentorship program called The Bass Improv Mastery Mentorship Program, the details of which are listed here.
  2. Use best efforts to maintain the confidentiality of information shared privately with us.

Confidential Information:

  • By signing below, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of participants or the Company.
  • Respect the confidentiality of information shared in the Program.

Termination:

  • The Company may terminate this Agreement if you become disruptive, difficult to work with, or fail to pay fees.
  • You agree not to infringe on copyrights, disclose confidential information, or violate agreements.

Representations:

  • The Company does not guarantee specific results; individual success depends on various factors.
  • By agreeing, you acknowledge that payment is within your financial means and an investment in your future.

Promotional Material:

  • The Company may reproduce and disseminate testimonials, scenarios, case studies, and statements describing your experience with permission.

Program Changes & Ongoing Development:

  • The Company has the right to change, revise, or remove program elements at any time.
  • As of December 2023, the Program is essentially complete with ongoing optimizations; additional content will be added. By agreeing to these terms, Client understands that lessons and modules are subject to change. 

Musical Skills Acknowledgment:

  • By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are capable of the following musical skills:
    1. You can read music notation or TAB at a basic level.
    2. You can play all major scales and blues scales in all keys.

Private Lessons:

  • Participants receive 2 sessions. scheduled via the provided link, valid only within 9 months of date of purchase.

Weekly Coaching Calls:

  • Calls occur weekly on Zoom at specified times for 9 months; continuation after this period is on a month-to-month basis.

1-1 Onboarding Call:

  • Private Zoom session with Lorin Cohen for personalized strategy, scheduled and must be scheduled within one month of enrollment.

Standard Study Sessions:

  • Monthly sessions via Zoom; access to 4 sessions within 9 months of enrollment. 

3 months of Text Support:

  • Text support available for 3 months from date of purchase, Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm NYC time, via Facebook Messenger or Voxer.
